Yes, we help animals in need and support several animal shelters in Portugal. Our help includes providing food and medicine to give the animals the best possible care. Questions about the webshop
To check the availability of an item, simply take a look at the product page. You will find the current availability indicator next to the product image. If the item is in stock, it will be marked as “in stock”. For out-of-stock items, you will find information on expected availability or a notification option to be informed as soon as the item is available again.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can make adjustments or cancel the order. For orders that have already been shipped, you have the option to initiate a return as soon as you receive the package.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Send us photos of the damaged item and the packaging so that we can check the damage. We will find a solution for you as quickly as possible, be it a replacement item or a refund.
